Aperio Profiles is a trading name of Liberation Academy. We are registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office).

What we collect

When you complete an assessment, we collect: your email address, the sex you were assigned at birth, your work arrangement, any existing diagnoses you choose to disclose, whether you opted into pattern screening, and your responses to assessment questions.

Why we collect it

Your email is used to send you your results. Your responses are used to generate your workplace profile. Sex assigned at birth is used to contextualise results based on published research differences. This data is stored in our secure database to enable result delivery and for our legitimate business interest in improving the assessment.

How we store it

Data is stored in Supabase (hosted in London, UK) with row-level security enabled. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details. Emails are sent via Resend.

Who sees it

Your results are sent only to the email address you provide. We do not share your data with employers, third parties, or advertisers. If you completed the assessment via an employer access code, your employer does not receive your individual results unless you choose to share them.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@aperioprofiles.co.uk.

Special category data

Some data we process (such as information about existing diagnoses) may constitute special category data under GDPR. We process this on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you complete the assessment. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
