Service description

Aperio Profiles provides a self-report workplace profiling instrument. It is not a clinical assessment, diagnostic tool, or medical service. Results are generated from your self-reported responses and reflect your subjective experience at the time of completion.

No diagnosis

This tool does not diagnose any condition including but not limited to ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, dyslexia, or any mental health condition. Pattern screening identifies statistical patterns in your responses. Only a qualified clinical professional can make a diagnosis.

Recommendations

Working style recommendations are performance optimisation suggestions based on your profile. They do not constitute reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010, the Americans with Disabilities Act, or any other legislation. They do not create legal obligations for any employer, individual, or the tool provider.

Payment and access

Individual assessments are purchased as a one-time payment. Access codes provided by employers or representatives grant equivalent access. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

Refunds

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from completing the assessment or receiving your results, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after a profile has been generated and delivered, as the service has been provided.

Liability

The tool provider accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of assessment results, including but not limited to employment decisions, clinical decisions, or personal decisions. Results should be considered alongside professional advice where appropriate.

Data

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By completing the assessment, you consent to the processing of your responses as described in that policy.
